Although our focus has been regional, we also have begun to launch national talent as well. In 2008, we are splitting into two imprint labels: "Rain On Me Records" for Gospel, Rap, and R&B, and "Save the City Records" for Worship and Rock genres. We are heavily involved with Christmas in the Northwest, a regional fundraiser for Children's Hospitals throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Christmas in the Northwest has featured artists such as Heart, Stacie Orrico, Kenny G., Kevin Thornton (Color Me Badd) and it also produces an annual Emmy-award winning TV show.
Our ArtistsWe find our artists through a trusted network of churches, musicians, and pastors. Although we do take unsolicted demos, your best shot at getting our help is through getting to know us. Derek is a recording engineer, music producer, software designer, and a "people builder." Derek has played drums and run live sound in churches around the Northwest for the last 15 years. Derek says, "My passion is for musicians to use their talents to strengthen churches and to bring messages of hope to our generation." Roy Herzer - producer and arranger. Roy has arranged and conducted sections for Crystal Lewis, Stephen Newby, Word Music, Maranatha! Music, Centricity Records, and us! He is also heard producing and playing horns for ABC radio news themes, American Top 40, and radio station imaging for dozens of stations worldwide. Sam Mathews - music production assistant. Sam is well-known in the Seattle and Nashville areas for his extraordinary drumming talent. Sam is also a multi-instrumentalist, having produced tracks for radio jingles and contributes to the funky sound of "NehoSoul" that backs Bryan Duncan. Sam has played drums for many well-known Christian groups and artists including the PromiseKeepers band, Rachel Lampa, Martha Munuzzi, and others. |
